Are you a "frosting" or "cake" person? Tracy Collins of SugarBakers Cake Truck won't make you choose. Her edible art is a confluence of flavor, taste, and...let's just say it...sweet sweet love. Using organic and local ingredients, Tracy Collins and her team are not only masters of the desert, but mindful and thoughtful local business owners as well: a mobile cakery with heart and soul. Not to mention that the cupcakes are to-die-for. We sampled (ie: scarfed down) their Salted Caramel, Snickers, and Double Chocolate creations, and can all attest to their sugary greatness. Let us treat you to some of Tracy and the SugarBakers' culinary love this Arts Night Out at Ode: Valentine's Day 6-8pm. How did you get started?
Had an idea and jumped in.

What do you love about your job?
Making people smile. Nobody’s grumpy when eating a cupcake.

Anything from a John Hughes movie.

A black and white wrap dress.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever gotten?
Never say never.

When was the last time you laughed so hard you cried?
Any given day with all my kids.
