November 9, 2011
Our featured artist for the month of November is jewelry designer Saskia Larraz. Saskia designs elegant and simple handmade pieces, using primarily glass beads and semi-precious stones. She creates designs that appeal to many different people, incorporating a wide range of colors and styles of beads. Her pieces range from great every day pieces, to special occasion pieces that are specially made to order.
Join us for Arts Night Out on Friday, November 11th from 6-8 for a chance to meet Saskia and see her collection.
Saskia draws inspiration from her travels and love of nature. She is particularly inspired by the rugged beauty of the desert. The Sonoran Desert is one of her favorite places and sources of inspiration.

If you were a piece of clothing what would be and what color/pattern?
A pair of frye boots.
What super power would you like to have, and why?
My super power would be to control the weather…sometimes a beautiful sunny day is all you need.
